one hours drive north of Brisbane. This stretch of coast with its

or just relax on the beach and shopping at the resort town of Noosa.
Fraser Island
Separated from the mainland by a narrow channel, Fraser Island is the largest
sand island in the world. Fraser Island is World heritage listed and almost the
entire island is a protected National Park. Accommodation ranges from motel units
to houses and flats. On the mainland, the city of Maryborough and township of Hervey Bay provide
both a stepping off point to Fraser Island and are worthwhile destinations in
their own right.
Maroochydore
(Maroochy to the locals) is just north of Brisbane, Australia. It is in the heart

Mooloolaba
stretches from the Sunshine Coast to Point Cartwright and provides excellent

are 30 kilometers of beaches from
Bribie Island to Kawana Waters.
Noosa, Noosa Heads, Noosa Beach
Noosa is a haven for visitors and includes the popular
Noosa Heads and Noosa Beach. It is well known for its trendy restaurants and

Peregian Beach
A casual drive south from Noosa along the coastal David Low Way offering breathtaking
